The Adolescents To Head Out On Tour Begininng July 16, 2006 In Denver, CO

One of the greatest punk bands of all time ­ The Adolescents - is headed out on their longest tour in their 25+ years on July 16 for 31 dates. In fact, there are quite a few markets that the band has never played before.

According to All Music Guide, The Adolescents "helped establish the blueprint for Orange County punk."

Los Angeles, Calif., (June 21, 2006) ­ Orange County punk rock legends THE ADOLESCENTS will be hitting the road this summer for a massive 31 date tour entitled "Monsanto Hayride Summer Tour 2006" beginning July 16, 2006 in Denver, CO at
the Bluebird Theater and ending thirty four days later in Tempe, Arizona at The Clubhouse. "Monsanto Hayride" is the longest
and most extensive tour in the band¹s history, taking them to many cities they haven¹t played before such as Buffalo,
Kansas City, Pittsburgh, St. Louis and more.

THE ADOLESCENTS' cross-country tour comes in support of a variety of projects the band has released over the last year and
a half due to overwhelming demand for all things Ads by their fans young and old.

Earlier this month, Frontier Records reissued THE
ADOLESCENTS' classic eponymous debut release often
referred to as the 'blue album' as an extremely limited silver
25th anniversary edition on grey vinyl. Additionally, AMP magazine/Loud, Fast Rules! released a limited edition 12
picture disc of the blue album earlier this year.

Finger Records released the band¹s first CD of new material in almost two decades, 'O.C. CONFIDENTIAL,' featuring the track
'Monsanto Hayride' for which the tour is named. The legendary comic artist Gilbert Hernandez of Love and Rockets fame illustrated the band's summer tour poster.

About The Adolescents:

THE ADOLESCENTS' classic anthem 'Amoeba' was prominently featured on DJ Rodney Bingenheimer's 'RODNEY ON THE ROQ' compilation and quickly established the band as fan favorites.
