Dian Diaz Singer/Songwriter's Debut Single “Colour Everywhere” Debuts At # 35 On The Billboard Adult Contemporary Chart  Renowned Las Vegas-Based Chanteuse To Release Self-Titled Debut On Strip City Records March 7, 2006

Diaz To Appear On Las Vegas TV “FOX 5 Morning News” Friday March 10, 2006 Followed By In-Store/Performance At Borders Books & Music In Henderson, NV Saturday March 11, 2006 at 7:00 PM

Las Vegas-based singer-songwriter Dian Diaz is starting 2006 with a bang! “Colour Everywhere” the first single from her self-titled CD, set for release on March 7th, via Strip City Records (BDG/RED distribution) debuted on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart at #35.  Even Diaz’s hometown radio station KSNE has added the single. “I’m really excited since it feels like I’m reaching an even bigger audience with my music now!” according to Diaz.

Diaz will jump start the album release with a musical appearance on Las Vegas’ “Fox 5 Morning News” on Friday, March 10, 2006.  On Saturday, March 11, 2006 Diaz will meet & greet her local fans with an in-store performance & autograph signing at the Borders Books & Music in Henderson, NV, 1445 Sunset Road, at 7:00 PM.

Diaz was recently profiled in the widely read Calendar section of the Los Angeles Times.

Las Vegas Weekly recently reviewed Diaz’s CD, “The chanteuse of Bellagio’s Fontana Room debuts with a remarkably produced adult-contemporary album. Diaz’s solid, passionate voice mixes a Latin flavor into R&B and pop, and the singer-songwriter’s result is a disc that could easily take it’s place alongside Celine DIon or Gloria Estefan.”

Indie-Music.Com proclaimed, “The one diva this disc brings to mind most is Whitney Houston…It’s Diaz’s Latin heritage and sound, however that sets her apart from many of the other top divas of today.”

Diaz has been headlining The Bellagio’s prestigious Fontana Room since 1998. With her own band, she has opened for such notables as The Commodores, Spyro Gyra and Richard Elliot. Diaz also spent two years touring a back-up singer for Latin singer Luis Miguel.
