St. Pete Times Forum Ranks As Number One Venue In Florida According to Venues Today - Leading National Industry Magazine

Venues Today - the national monthly of the facilities industry, has released a report on ticket sales for Florida venues for 2005. The St. Pete Times Forum, in its tenth year of operation, ranked as the top grossing venue in the state of Florida, posting a $23,079,267 gross for tickets sold to concerts, events and family shows for the period of 1/1/05 - 12/31/05.


The study ranked Florida venues by actual ticket sales for concert events and family shows. This gross figure ranks higher than both South Florida arenas combined, and almost doubles the annual gross sales of Orlando's arena.
