With Jem Beginning October 17, 2005 In Seattle, WA
Title Track 'Almost Honest' To Appear On Smallville
Soundtrack

Along With Dandy Warhols, Depeche Mode, Stereophonics, Rascal Flatts and Lifehouse

(BURBANK, CA) Hollywood Records singer-songwriter Josh Kelley is hitting the road with Jem for a tour that begins October 17, 2005 at the Moore Theatre in Seattle, WA.

Kelley, dubbed "a breakthrough artist" by Good Morning America, is touring in support of critically acclaimed sophomore release ALMOST HONEST, the album Entertainment Weekly praised for being "soulful, folk-informed, and unflaggingly melodic." In their review of the record, People called Kelley "the real deal, a genuine talent who brings sincere emotion to his straight-forward pop rock." Kelley's fans agree: they turned out in droves to snag first-week copies of ALMOST HONEST, propelling the album to a #1 debut on Billboard's New Artist Chart.

On Wednesday, September 28, 2005, Kelly performed his top ten HOT AC smash "Only You" on the Emmy Award-winning NBC talk show, Ellen. It was the latest in a series of high profile appearances for Kelley, who recently thrilled TV audiences nationwide with a stirring performance on Good
Morning America and a soulful rendition of the national anthem at NASCAR's Sony HD 500. Prior to the race, Kelley, a RADD (Recording Artists, Actors & Athletes Against Drunk Driving) celebrity messenger, was invited on behalf of the organization to participate in the Richard Petty Driving Experience where he raced against Oscar-winning director
Quentin Tarantino and singer-songwriter Jason Mraz.

ALMOST HONEST's touching title track also appears on the upcoming SMALLVILLE soundtrack and will be featured on the WB show's October 27, 2005 episode. The companion album to the hit television series is due out November 1, 2005 and finds Kelley on an eclectic lineup featuring Dandy
Warhols
, Depeche Mode, Rascal Flatts and Stereophonics, among others.

Produced by Matt Wallace (Maroon 5, John Hiatt), ALMOST HONEST is an album rich with earthy, gospel-tinged melodies and songs that vividly capture the dramatic growth of a young artist with a singular voice.
