Atlantic Records' 'Get It Poppin' - Fat Joe featuring Nelly' Distributed Exclusively First Via Promo Only MPE
Track Distributed Immediately Through the Promo Only MPE System Monday Morning - 12:01am
ORLANDO, Fla., May 2 /PRNewswire/ - Promo Only and Technology partner Destiny Media Technologies announced today that Atlantic Records has distributed its new single from Fat Joe featuring Nelly, "Get it Poppin'," exclusively first through the Promo Only MPE system. "Get it Poppin'" was made available to Top40/CHR, Urban and Rhythmic radio formats all at the same time on May 2nd at 12:01 am ET.

Atlantic Records, part of Warner Music Group, is just the latest to utilize the Promo Only MPE system joining Universal Music Group (UMG) which uses the Promo Only MPE System exclusively to digitally deliver CD-quality audio files to every US major market radio station. Other labels such as the RCA Music Group and the Zomba Label Group, part of Sony BMG, are also using the system.
In addition, Mediabase, a division of Premiere Radio Networks, has entered into an exclusive partnership to implement the Promo Only MPE System into their service. Clear Channel has been using the Promo Only MPE System since September of 2004 and has approved and authorized its use in all of their US stations.
Promo Only MPE is currently in use by such radio groups as Cumulus, Infinity, Cox, Citadel, Radio One, Emmis, Entercom, Sirius, Journal, ABC, DMX, Disney, Univision, Westwood One, Regent, Next Media and a number of other media groups.
