British Artists Embrace Cancel Forthcoming Tour Band Expected To Make Up Dates Later This Year

New York, NY - July 27, 2005 - Buzz band Embrace
regretfully announce the cancellation of their upcoming
U.S. tour which was to begin July 26, 2005 in Toronto, continuing on through August 13, 2005.

The cancellation is obviously a big disappointment to the band's rabid U.S. fan base who will have to wait a bit
longer to catch a glimpse of the celebrated British five-piece ensemble.

"We're incredibly disappointed to have to cancel our upcoming tour dates and let down our fans," remarked singer Danny McNamara. "Our hope is to make up the
dates and return to America later this year."

Out of Nothing, which debuted at #1 on the UK album chart, is the band's best-selling album to date.

The album produced by Youth (best known for his work with The Verve, Killing Joke and The Orb) features the band's signature soaring rock balladry, complete with emotionally charged lyrics and dramatic production.

Embrace's core members are brothers Danny McNamara
on lead vocals & guitar and Richard McNamara on lead guitar. The band also features Steve Firth on bass, Mick
Dale on keyboards and Mike Heaton on drums.
