New York's Toby Lightman To Guest Star On NBC Drama American Dreams January 16, 2005
NEW YORK, NY - January 11, 2005 - Toby Lightman is kicking off 2005 with an appearance on the Emmy Award-winning drama American Dreams.
Ms. Lightman will guest star as a singer in the Lair, performing a heartfelt rendition of Otis Redding's soulful classic "That's How Strong My Love Is." The episode will air January 16th on NBC, be sure to check your local listings. Previous guest stars appearing in the Lair include Alanis Morrisette, Gavin DeGraw and Bonnie McKee.
"Performing in the Lair was a wonderful experience," remarked Lightman. "The entire cast and crew made me feel so welcome. And, performing Otis Redding's heartbreaking song on a show that means so much to people was truly an American Dream."
Considered by many to be one of the most talked about new female artists in 2004, Ms. Lightman consistently wowed audiences with her live performances across the U.S. The petite vocalist spent a majority of the past year on the road, performing with notable artists such as Prince, Gavin DeGraw, Howie Day and Josh Kelly to name a few.
