Trans-Siberian Orchestra - Holiday Tour to Kick Off on Thursday November 11, 2004. New Album 'The Lost Christmas Eve' Debuts at #26 on Billboard's Top 200 Album Chart.

Good Morning America Performance Set For December 14, 2004.

PBS To Air The Group's TV Special The Ghosts Of Christmas Eve For The 3rd Year.

New York, NY - November 5, 2004 - Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO), one of music’s most exhilarating live bands, returns for a North American holiday concert tour that will hit over 80 cities through the end of December.  The critically acclaimed live spectacular kicks off on Thursday, November 11th, and over 250,000 tickets have been sold to date.  Over 600,000 tickets are expected to sell for the entire trek, which includes a date at Madison Square Garden on December 27th.  While still weeks away from the holiday season, the group’s new studio album, The Lost Christmas Eve, debuted at #26 with over 31,832 copies sold and continues to top the charts.  The album features 23 new tracks of TSO’s signature brand of music which fuses classical, rock, Broadway & R&B.

Said Michael Belkin of Clear Channel Entertainment, “TSO has built an impressive touring project that works in any situation, from theaters to arenas, and appeals to both young and old, men and women, and all religions.   For six years running, each and every market grows significantly from year to year.   It is the classic case of "from small things big things one day come."

Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s concert tours have grown rapidly from year to year, and have now been attended by over 1 million people. Seeking to further accommodate the demand from around the country, the band has morphed into two touring bands which are scheduled to play over 100 dates this winter. The group’s 2003 holiday tour sold out 62 out of 85 nights across the nation, making TSO one of the Top 5 Live Holiday Entertainment Attractions in the United States.

Established in 1996 by producer/composer/lyricist Paul O'Neill, who immediately brought on longtime writing partners Robert Kinkel and Jon Oliva, Trans-Siberian Orchestra has crafted inspirational music and delivered compelling live performances that have attracted fans from the ages of 7 to 70.  With its timeless message,TSO has become a holiday essential amongst music lovers.  The group will bring its magic to Good Morning America with a special performance on December 14th.  Additionally, for the third consecutive year, PBS will broadcast the group’s holiday TV special The Ghosts of Christmas Eve, which co-stars Ossie Davis, Jewel and Michael Crawford.  One of the most requested acts to be played on radio during the holiday season, TSO received over 12,000 spins last year.  Now with a whole new album of material, the group’s exhilarating brand of rock is sure to further reaffirm their place as an American holiday tradition.
