Platinum Rockers Simple Plan Launch Mobile Mix Card Exclusively at Target: New Card Uses AT&T PrePaid Web Cents® Technology Consumers Can Now Download Simple Plan Ringtones, Graphics, and other Exclusive Content to their Mobile Phones Without Using Credit Card. Limited Edition Collectible Card.

New York City - November 2, 2004 - Lava Records and Warner Music Group today announced the release of a prepaid Simple Plan mobile mix card that gives
consumers a convenient way to get the band's newest ringtones and more on their mobile phone.

Timed to be in stores with the release of their new album, Still Not Getting Any…, pop punk rock band Simple Plan will be the first band to release a mobile mix card. Fans of the group will be able to download new and exclusive content to their cell phones including Master Tones (ringtones that ARE the real songs), polyphonic Ringtones, funny voice ringers (recorded by the band), pictures and text games. The prepaid Simple Plan Mobile Mix card is now available through Target® stores with more than 1,300 stores nationwide. Supported by AT&T PrePaid Web Cents® technology, the cards are easy to use, and are a secure alternative to using a credit card online, making them a perfect cell phone add-on product for music-savvy teens and young adults. The cards, priced at $4.99, are a great gift-giving idea for family and friends.
"With Simple Plan's Mobile Mix Card, fans can buy ringtones and exclusive mobile content directly from the band," said Aaron Simon, Marketing, Lava Records.
"Now, consumers across the country can easily give a collectible, exclusive gift of Simple Plan ringtones and more to a friend or enjoy it for themselves without having to use a credit card."

"We're very excited to be the engine behind the Simple Plan Mobile Mix card," said Jim Ingolia, VP Consumer Marketing, Cellus USA.  "We have years of experience in creating high-quality, high-value user experience in mobile
commerce, and we are thrilled to be able to help Simple Plan provide this unique bundle of mobile content directly to their fans." More information about the card is available at myartistcard.com/simpleplanpreview.

The card is simple to use. Just enter the pin and serial number from the back of the card at myartistcard.com and then follow the on-screen instructions to download the content to your phone. It takes less than 2 minutes to register your card and then select and receive content to
your phone.
