Tony C. And The Truth Add Additional Tour Dates
Roadhouse Rockers Spread The Gospel According To 'Demonophonic Blues' For Immediate Release: NEW YORK, NY - May 04, 2004 - Hard living', blues n' roll artist Tony C. and the Truth are taking it to the streets. The band, who recently toured with rambunctious rockers Sugar Ray, have added additional headline dates including a special performance at Hugh Hefner's Playboy Mansion on May 11th. The band will perform at the infamous Hollywood Hills location in celebration of the upcoming video game, Playboy: The Mansion, in which Tony C. makes a cameo appearance. The game will be released this Fall.
Tony C. & The Truth, led by charismatic front-man Tony C., will perform songs off their debut album Demonophonic Blues which is scheduled for release on May 25th. Tony's unmistakable, disembodied voice can best be described as a cocktail swirl of one part Robert Johnson with a dash of blue-collar rock n' roll. Demonophonic Blues, contains thirteen solid, state-of-the-art bar room brawlers. "Little Bit More," the albums first single, is currently the #1 most requested song at CD 101, Washington D.C.'s alternative station.
No stranger to the road, Tony C. and The Truth previously headlined Freeze Magazine's extreme sports tour and toured with urban rockers Living Colour.
