Scum of The Earth

July 4, 2005 - Scum Of The Earth, who consists of Riggs from Rob Zombie, Mike Tempesta from Powerhouse 5000, John Dalmayan of SOAD, and John Tempesta also of Rob Zombie held the headline spot at The Boiler Room in Seminole, FL. From the bright orange SOTE back drops to the individual make up of the members is a beginning in describing this band of colorful and talented musicians.
In the vein of Rob Zombie the live show was heart pounding with intense grinding vocals. The entire band has the stage presence that kept the crowd glued to the performance from start to close. Best song of the night was, "Get Your Dead On" which it is frankly impossible not to get into this song. Word of warning for those of you who are in front of the stage, be prepared for some flying blood as I found out after being glittered in a red substance.
The band acted and played as professionals hitting the stage in full force despite the not so large crowd, which I
am sure was only because everyone was at family
functions and fireworks. They missed out if you ask me because this was a real ROCK SHOW that has enough excitement to stir interest all over the world.
