Hand To Hand
"A Perfect Way To Say Goodbye" CD Review |
Lifeforce Records and Orlando's Hand To Hand released
"A perfect Way To Say Goodbye" on February 22 , 2005.
The band graced their CD Release party at Will's Pub in Orlando on March 5, 2005 with an excited crowd of fans.
The style of this band is Screamo, Punk, and EMO, with a hardcore edge.
Produced by James Paul Wisner (who has produced such projects as Dashboard Confessional and Underoath) this
Cd has several winning tracks. Each song will take you
to heights then drop you down with some harmonic
vocals.
You can really hear the Duran Duran influence.
You can sample tracks at HandtoHand.com, the official
Hand To Hand web site or at the bands page at myspace.com.
Hand To Hand is from Orlando, FL and tour on a regual basis. Band members are:
Rob - Vocals,
Steve - Bass, Brock -
Guitar/Backing vocals,
Joel - Guitar/Screams of death and
Zach - Percussion/Chimes.
What Florida Entertainment Scene thinks of each song:
1. Preamble - Catchy pop meets metal beat.
2. Allude - Screamo with some good vocals taking the pace up and down.
3. The Arson - This song has a connecting chorus.
4. Insult With Injuries - This track has some great drum beats.
5. Reused Decesion - Extended guitar and drums. Great ending.
6. Predictable Gathering - Can you say insane mosh pit ?
7. A silver medal - Very cool arrangements with multiple styles.
8. Bravo - So "INTENSE" my neck still hurts.
9. In A Name - This is a song any punk or hardcore fan will dig.
10. Confiding In A Whisper - SCORE ! A must hear collaboration of instruments that is the most hypnotic I have heard with the most unusual ending never expected. Just wild!
