Crossfade Concert Review
At the House of Blues - March 13, 2005

Orlando, FL - Hailing from Columbia, South Carolina with a motivation to be successful this four piece band set goals. Making some changes along the way such as adding the vocal and turntable talents of Tony Byroads has given this project an edge which was revealed in their recent live performance at the House of Blues.

Crossfade stole the show with their on track timing, amazing vocal range, and energetic stage presence. The live sound is even better than the CD. This band is one of the few who should consider a live album. Yes, they are that talented.

When Crossfade took the stage in front of the sold out crowd at House of Blues in Orlando there was a total crowd connection from the beginning of their set until the conclusion. With the energy of an erupting volcano Ed, Mitch, Tony, and James blew onto the stage. This band really has three front men all working in complete harmony with one another and taking their moment in the spotlight. How refreshing to watch a unique performance that really was a cut above the rest. With the crowd, screaming, jumping and moshing the band aimed to please. I believe Crossfade stole
tonight's Sno-Core show at the House of Blues!

The two songs that appeared to have the best crowd and band connection was "Cold," a number one song in 2004, and still a huge crowd favorite today. The second was "Disco" in which the energy from the band was unbelievable. A new release getting a lot of airplay is "So Far Away" which combines harmony and rock. Expect to see more of this professional and talented group as there is no doubt they are ROCKSTARS now.

Crossfade is: Ed Sloan - Lead Vocals/Guitar - Mitch James - Bass/Backing Vocals - Tony Byroads - Vocals/Turntables - James Branham - Drums. Readers can sample music by visiting the Crossfade page at Myspace.com.
