Jason Aldean
"Jason Aldean" CD Review
Release Date: July 26, 2005
Released by: Broken Bow Records |
July 23, 2005 - This is the debut CD from a country
rising star that in my opinion is far beyond his years.
In his self-titled debut, Jason Aldean shows how he is capable of taking a song and making it his own by using
his brash, bluesy, & often melodic voice to tell a story
with
every line and capture your attention with every
word.
The radio smash hit "Hicktown" starts off the CD and kind
of sets a pace for the others to follow. (CD also contains
a multimedia section featuring the video "Hicktown").
"Even If I Wanted To," "You're the Love I Wanna Be In"
and "She Loved Me" are tracks that really stand out and
give you a good grasp of down home country at
it's best.
These 3 songs were also Co-written by Aldean. Having
spent countless years touring throughout Florida,
Alabama & Georgia as a youth has definitely paid off.
Jason Aldean's debut provides us with a glimpse of what
is yet to come in country music.
Jason Aldean is from Georgia and tours on a regular basis.
