AVP Announces CROCS' Five Year Extension Of Title Sponsorship Of CROCS Cup Through 2012

Exclusive Footwear Company Of The AVP" Through 2012.
LOS ANGELES, Calif. -Sept. 10 , 2007 - The AVP, Inc., a lifestyle
sports entertainment company focused on professional beach volleyball,
today announced a five-year extension to its sponsorship agreement with
Crocs, Inc. Crocs will continue on as the "Official Tour
Title Sponsor and exclusive footwear sponsor of the AVP Tour" as well as
extending the AVP Crocs Cup through 2012.

The Crocs Cup is a season-long competition which awards the top men and
women's teams with the most Crocs Cup points an exclusively designed
trophy for the AVP Crocs Tour from Tiffany & Co. as well as additional
prize money. Crocs has been a sponsor of the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball
Tour since 2006.
Other highlights of the deal include:
* 5 year deal exclusivity as the "Official Title Sponsor and
exclusive Footwear of the AVP"
* Extension of the AVP Crocs Cup
* Broader Crocs activation through avp.com and presence in AVP's
DigTV units.
* A multi-faceted licensing agreement covering the development and
sale of AVP branded footwear that will be available through Crocs retail
networks.
* Major television presence including commercial units, vignette
and billboards.
* Major on-site presence with signage, product sales and
interactive volleyball court that will feature skills challenges,
clinics, tournaments and media events.
