Orlando Predators Break Season Ticket Record Team To Present National Championship Rings To South Central Tigers Before The Start Of Friday's Game Against The Utah Blaze

Orlando, FL. -- Whether the 2007 Orlando Predators make another trip to the ArenaBowl remains to be seen, but this year has already been a record-breaking season for the Arena Football League franchise.

On May 22, 2007, the team announced that it had set a new club record for season ticket sales with 11,346 individual and corporate season tickets sold for the 2007 season. That total eclipsed last year's record of 11,244.

In addition, the team announced that both sponsorship and ticket revenue would also be at an all-time high.

"The Central Florida community has always embraced the Predators and Arena Football and we are certainly grateful for that support," Predators President Brett Bouchy said. "We are going to try to thank those fans by making another run at a championship."

In addition the team announced will present National Championship rings to South Central Tigers

What: Championship Ring Presentation Ceremony

When: Friday, May 25, 7:15 p.m.

Where: Hummer Field / Amway Arena prior to Orlando Predators game
with Utah Blaze

Details: The Predators will present national championship rings to all 28 players
of the South Central Tigers, an intercity Pop Warner team that went 16-0 last season and captured a national championship. Team gained notoriety when vandals broke into their storage unit/meeting room in November of 2006 and smashed team's trophies and severely damaged the facility. The Predators helped replace the trophies and then raised close to $2,000 to help pay for repairs. When the team learned that the Tiger organization was having problems raising money to pay for championship rings, President Brett Bouchy said Predators would pick up the tab. Predator captains Greg White, Shane Stafford and Reggie Lee will present the rings to the team before Friday night's game as part of the Predators salute to youth football.

NOTE: The Predators free admission to all youth football players and cheerleaders (with a paying adult). Call Mike (407-447-3321) in the Predators ticket office for complete details.
