The Fans Have Spoken! Circa Survive Wins the AOL Music's 'Sessions Under Cover' Contest 

Philadelphia, PA - June 19, 2007 - Fresh off the celebration of their sophomore album Billboard Chart debut for On Letting Go, #24 on Top 200 and #2 on Independent, Circa Survive won the AOL Music ‘Sessions Under Cover’ contest and will perform acoustically on AOL Sessions.  

After pulling in over 500,000 votes, the fans have spoken and chose for Circa Survive (Anthony Green - Vocals, Steve Clifford - Drums, Brendan Ekstrom - Guitar, Colin Frangicetto - Guitar, Nick Beard - Bass),  to be the next ‘Sessions Under Cover’ artist to perform. Just two weeks ago the band was featured on the AOL PopEater blog, Bandelicious: music.aol.com/popeater/2007/06/04/bandelicious-circa-survive.

Recently on the cover of Alternative Press Magazine & Chord Magazine, Circa Survive brought down the house for Coachella, blew away their 40k person crowd at Bamboozle with a primary color balloon tossing, and are now gearing up for their Main Stage Warped Tour slot. Circa Survive has clearly mastered their live performance.  The band's dynamic rock tracks are coated with vital melodies and explosive guitar riffs which bring a sense of actual movement to each song.
