"Gone too soon: The Mysterious death of Anna Nicole"

Anna Nicole Smith perhaps the most notorious of all Playboy Playmates died Thursday in a Seminole Florida Hotel. While on a family vacation at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Anna Nicole Smith was found unconscious in her hotel room. Paramedics attempted to resuscitate her but she was pronounced dead at the hospital at 2:49pm on February 8, 2007.
As of this time the medical examiner says that reports show no signs of foul play, which has been completely ruled out by the local authorities. Reports also show that there were also no signs of any illegal substances in her system at the time of death but that a full report wouldn’t be available for a few weeks.
Smith who was vacationing with daughter Dannielynn and companion Howard K. Stern had complained to friends earlier that week of feeling under the weather. Stern her former lawyer who has been by her side through most of her most tumultuous moments of her life was at the scene and was so distraught he couldn’t even speak says one eyewitness. Stern and Smith, who have worked together for years recently exchanged commitment vows in a private ceremony.
Smith’s daughter Dannielynn, whose entrance into this world was marred by the death of her older brother who died in their mothers hospital room only a few short days after his sister was born, is residing with a high ranking Bahamian official and a close personal friend of Smiths until the courts decide who will take final custody.
Smith who has recently been involved in another dispute over the real paternity of her daughter with photographer Larry Birkhead was ordered recently to submit to a DNA testing by February 21, 2007. Birkhead claims that he is the true father of Dannielynn as does Stern who will both now have to undergo paternity testing to find out who is the true father.
Only making matters worse for Dannielynn is the recent revelation that came from a very unexpected source, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, the husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, who is now claiming that not only did he have a decade long affair with Smith but that he could also possibly be the father of little Dannielynn.
"If you go back from September, she wasn't with one of those guys, she was with me,"Von Anhalt told The Associated Press in an interview on February 9, 2007.
The paternity test results could have an effect on the child’s inheritance.
Smith has waged an ongoing battle that led all the way up to the Supreme Court over an inheritance that was allegedly left by her second husband oil tycoon Howard J Marshal.
Her life has sadly ended as tragically as it was lived played out in tabloids with the entire world watching. Her website now closed down with nothing more than a black and white photo of her in a happier moment doing what she did best smiling for the camera, our modern day Marilyn Monroe, taken too soon leaving her companion and daughter to pick up the pieces.
