Donnelly Selected as New Executive Chef At Osceola Heritage Park In Kissimmee, FL
Kissimmee, FL - Donnelly has joined the SMG team as the new Executive Chef for Osceola Heritage Park.
As Executive Chef, he will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations for banquets, concessions, catering and suite services for events and increase profitability of the department. He will also assist in the supervision of the kitchen staff and uphold all SMG Food & Beverage Policies.
A native of Long Island, NY, Tony received his Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He came to OHP from Champions Gate Golf Resort in Champions Gate, FL where his role was Director of Food & Beverage.
