About Lassie:
Filmed in the Yorkshire, England in 2005, Lassie tells the story of a family who is forced to sell their collie to an eccentric duke (played by Peter O'Toole) as the local coal mine closes. Lassie will stop at nothing to escape and get back home to her loving family, even if that means a 500 mile journey over the hills of Scotland with the police and dog catcher on her trail. Lassie is rated PG.
Special thanks to Classic Media, NY for providing the film for this event.
