From Atlantic Beach Area:

Head southwest on Seminole Rd toward Seaspray Ave. Turn left at Atlantic Blvd/SR-10 E/SR-A1A . Turn right at 3rd St/SR-A1A S. 4. Turn left at 1st Ave N/N 1st Ave. Turn left at 1st St N.

From Gainesville Area:

Take SR-24 East for 13.5 miles. Slight right at US-301 North for 11.7 miles. Turn right at W Brownlee St/Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd/SR-16. Continue to follow SR-16 for 9.3 miles. Slight left at CR-215 North for 6.2 miles. Turn left at Blanding Blvd/SR-21 North for 15.2 miles. Merge onto I-295 South via the ramp to St Augustine for 11.2 miles. Continue on SR-9A N (signs for SR-9A E) for 8.0 miles. Take the SR-202 E/J T Butler Blvd ramp. Merge onto J Turner Butler Blvd/SR-202 East for 7.1 miles.Exit onto 3rd St S/SR-A1A N toward Ponte Vedra Blvd/Jacksonville's Beaches for 3.0 miles. Turn right at Beach Blvd. Turn left at 1st St N. - Note: Some Towns on US 301 vigorously enforce speeding laws and do speed traps 24/7. Hampton, Lawtey and Waldo have been designated speed traps by Triple A. Adjust your speed accordingly when driving through these areas. Do not exceed posted speed limits!

From Jacksonville Area:

Head north on John T Alsop Jr Bridge/US-1/US-90 toward E Bay St. Continue to follow US-1/US-90. Turn right at E Forsyth St. Take the ramp on the left to Isaiah D Hart Bridge. Merge onto Hart Bridge Expy/SR-228 East for 4.8 miles. Exit onto Beach Blvd/US-90 East. Continue to follow Beach Blvd for 11.6 miles. Turn left at 1st St N.

From Orange Park Area:

Take I-295 South. Continue on SR-9A N (signs for SR-9A E) for 8.0 miles. Take the SR-202 E/J T Butler Blvd ramp. Merge onto J Turner Butler Blvd/SR-202 East for 7.1 miles. Exit onto 3rd St S/SR-A1A North toward Ponte Vedra Blvd/Jacksonville's Beaches for 3.0 miles. Turn right at Beach Blvd. Turn left at 1st St N.

Take I-4 East. Take the exit on the left onto I-95 North toward Jacksonville for 76.7 miles. Take Exit # 337 for SR-9A E toward Jax Beaches. Merge onto SR-9A N 7.1 miles. From St. Augustine:

From Tampa/St. Petersburg Areas:

Take I-275 North to Exit 45B and take Take I-4 East for 132 miles. Take the exit on the left onto I-95 North toward Jacksonville for 76.7 miles. Take Exit # 337 for SR-9A E toward Jax Beaches. Merge onto SR-9A N 7.1 miles. Take the SR-202 E/J T Butler Blvd ramp. Merge onto J Turner Butler Blvd/SR-202 East for 7.1 miles.
